Hardware and Book Return Policy
Merchandise that is not initially defective, but is accepted for return within 30 days
will be credited at 85% of the invoice amount to cover handling and restocking. Any Tennessee sales tax
collected is refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in the original carton, complete, and in resalable
condition with no damage to the carton. If not received in this condition, the merchandise will
be returned to you without credit.
Merchandise will not be accepted for return if received more than 30 days after the original invoice date.
No returns will be processed without a RMA number.

Software Services Return Policy
We offer a free 30 day trial of our web based services. After that, we will invoice you. We require
30 days notice, prior to termination date. Charges will accrue until the actual termination date.
A prorated refund for unused service time will be made, subject to the formula in that service's license
agreement. The termination request must be made via email or the USPS, and must state the reason for the

Software that we license to run on your own PC, server or workstation that is not a Software Service
running from our servers, may not be returned. Please use software trials (where available) to make
your purchasing decision.
Most orders arriving before 11:00 AM Central time are processed and shipped the same day on weekdays.
All orders will be shipped out within three business days. We will notify you by email or phone if there
is a problem with your order. We typically ship orders using US Priority Mail, a 2 to 3 day service.
