Spectrum TimeClock Reports

Spectrum TimeClock comes with numerous built in reports that managers and administrators can run. We have a number of different payroll batch data exports for different payroll systems. We also build custom reports for customers at a nominal cost.

Employee Time Reports

Report Name	Description
Time Clock Detail for Today	Displays today's time clock punches.
Time Clock Detail for Yesterday	Displays yesterday's time clock punches.
Total Hours per day, by Employee	Displays total employee hours by employee for the specified date range.
Time Clock Punch Notes	Displays time clock punches and notes notes.
Time Clock Punch by Type	Displays punches by type (normal, vacation, sick, holiday...)
Unapproved Time Clock Punches	Displays unapproved time clock punches.
Uncertified Time Clock Punches	Displays uncertified time clock punches.
Approved Time Clock Punches	Displays approved time clock punches.
Employee Hours and Cost by Location	Display employee hours and estimated payroll cost grouped by location.

Payroll Batch Totals By Pay Rate Job Code	Displays payroll batch totals for a specified worked date range grouped by Pay Rate / Job Code.
Payroll Batch Totals By Pay Rate Job Code for a specified batch	Displays payroll batch totals, grouped by Pay Rate / Job Code for a specified payroll batch.
