QuickBooks Time Clock ImportSpectrum TimeClock can export QuickBooks IIF files containing QuickBooks timer data that can be imported into QuickBooks. Our Payroll Batch function makes a copy of all employee time clock punches for the specified payroll period. After reviewing a payroll batch to make sure there are no surprises, these can be exported to major payroll processing providers and their software, like Intuit's QuickBooks program. In the case of QuickBooks, the IIF file contains one record per in/out shift, with the total number of hours worked, as well as the Payroll Item (PITEM) code. If your firm uses our Pay Rate / Job Codes, those can also be exported to the .iif file. Read more about importing into Quickbooks.
