Hardware and Book Return Policy

Merchandise that is not initially defective, but is accepted for return within 30 days - will be credited at 85% of the invoice amount to cover handling and restocking. Any Tennessee sales tax collected is refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All returned merchandise must be in the original carton, complete, and in resalable condition. If not received in this condition, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.

Merchandise will not be accepted for return if received more than 30 days after the original invoice date.

No returns will be processed without a RMA number. Contact Us to get a RMA number.

Software Services Return Policy

Software Services running from our servers can be terminated for any reason within 30 days of our invoice for a full refund. The termination request must be made via email or the USPS, and must state the reason for the service termination.

After the first 30 days from our original invoice, monthly, quarterly and yearly software services can be terminated at any time - with no refund or additional billing beyond outstanding invoices.

Software Return Policy

Software that we license to run on your own PC, server or workstation that is not a Software Service running from our servers, may not be returned. Please use software trials (when available) to make your purchasing decision.
